The little Dude.

So happy!!!!

5 hours and 15 minutes in a row!!!! That is how long Luke slept last night in a row! It is the most sleep I have gotten in 7 weeks! It was pretty darn exciting!

We had a big weekend. Luke got to meet all but 3 cousins. We had a great time. He was so good being passed around; he hardly made a peep. Now if he could just meet all of those Agre and Reed cousins (hint hint guys) we would be good.

Today we are hanging out in Luke's room while they install the floor. Of course there is a problem and they are going to have to come back another day. It is never easy. Oh well, it will be worth it in the end.
We go back about his umbilical cord issue on Wed. I will update after that!
Have a great day everyone!

Baby Update

Just a quick update on the little Luke.

We went to the doctor on Monday and his little umbilical cord has not completely healed. He has an umbilical granuloma. The doctor put silver nitrate on it and if that doesn't heal it they will have to remove it. Poor little guy.

He is still just so smiley and cooing in the morning. Afternoon and evenings are a little different. He is pretty fussy. I think he just misses his daddy this week who has been working late (SkillsUSA is in town and his company does the shuttles).

We have a big weekend coming up. He gets to meet a bunch of family. We are pretty excited!

Have a great day!

Happy Father's Day!!!

Baby Face
Three Generations of Agre Men

Luke waking Daddy up this morning. It was so cute, he was looking right at him and smiling.

Justin and Luke before pre-Father's Day golfing. (Luke didn't get to go, but Justin, Grandpa Johnson, Drew and Zach did. They seemed to have had a good time.)

Baby Smiles. His favorite place is on his changing table. He can look out the window and at the fan. (Here he is looking out the window) He just lays there and coos and smiles.

Happy First Father's Day Justin!

Luke has been so much more smiley and awake lately. It is so fun!

We have a big weekend coming up. My Aunt and Uncle are celebrating their 30th anniversary and my entire family (minus Dustin, we will miss him!) will be here! It is so exciting! Luke will get to meet everyone!

Have a great day everyone!

Cutie Pictures

He is ready to go visit Great Uncle Brucie and Great Aunt Beth and go to Lukenbach!
After the early morning feeding, he doesn't fall back asleep as fast so I lay with him on my chest. If he is asleep enough, I can roll him off and he lays on his side in bed. It is so cute!

At Daddy's softball game. He was worn out from cheering!

Auntie Allison and Luke taking a nap.

So this isn't a cute picture of Luke. This is my ugly floor being ripped up! It is gone now!

Here are some cute pictures of Luke. He is starting to focus a lot more and be awake more during the day! Yay! I am also beginning to feel more comfortable running around to places like Target with him! We are getting things done!
Have a great day!

No more floor!

Baby Luke making silly faces
Luke, Bella and me in the morning

Justin and I on the Plaza for our anniversary

My dream since we moved into this house 2.5 years ago has been to get a new kitchen floor. Those of you that have been here know why. It is awful! It is like red brick tile and is impossible to clean well. So yesterday, we went to Nebraska Furniture Mart to get a bid on a new floor. During the bid, they priced for us how much it would be to have them rip it out. $700. Too much. So Justin decided to see how hard it would be, and ripped out the entire floor. Yay! Saves us money. But we don't know when they are coming to put in the new floor (find out Tuesday). Hopefully it is soon! I am so excited though. I hate that floor!
Luke has been cooing and smiling more. In the mornings we lay in bed and he just moves his arms and legs and makes noises and smiles. It is so much fun. This morning it was like he was having a conversation with Justin. He was just staring at him and "talking". Now the evenings are a different story. He pretty much just cries. Sleep wise, he is still pretty much on the 3 hour schedule. It is still so much fun and we love him just oh so much!
Have a great day!

Short Post

Baby Luke
Baby Luke and Daddy at work

Adam and Alyssa and Justin and Luke

Things are going really well! Luke is growing by the day and more and more alert. We are still just so in love with him! He sleeps really well the first part of the night and then the second part of the night we are waking up about every hour. I am, surprisingly, not tired though. It is nice.

Also, today is Justin and my 3 year anniversary! I can't believe that it has been 3 years since we got married, it feels like yesterday. The crazier thing is that we have been together for 9 years!! Holy cow!!!!
Love you all!!! Have a great day!
