3 months old! I can't believe it!

14.5 lbs

25 1/4 inches

So big!

Luke is just thriving! He has been mostly sleeping through the night and in his own room. We moved the bassinet out of our room so that we are not tempted to put him in it. Last night though he woke up at 3:30 and Mommy didn't get to go back to sleep. It was a long night.

I started back to work yesterday. It was sad, but I left without any tears. My mom (and Auntie Boo) is taking care of Luke while I am at work. I think that helps with me not being sad. I think they have enjoyed their days together so far :)

We have had a busy couple of weeks. After the baptism he spent more time with Great Grandma Agre and got to meet the Archibalds! It has been a lot of fun seeing everyone!

Auntie Jill and Uncle Sean-in-law come into town this weekend for Jill's 10 year reunion. We won't get to see them tons, but some is better than none! The next weekend Shellie and Kenz come in town! We are super excited to see them (we will miss Tim and Emer) and for them to meet Luke!

Volleyball starts next week. Let's hope he is sleeping well or I am going to be one tired lady (though it is all way worth it!)

The Baptism went really well! It was so wonderful having all of the family in town (many were missed!) and Luke just looked around the entire ceremony. No crying! It was great! He was so cute and we had a great weekend!

Luke and I are enjoying our last summer days together. I don't want to talk about it! I am sad to leave The Boy!

Well, we just got back from the 2 month appt. and Luke is doing great! He got his shots today. He cried a bit but was pretty smiley when we got home. We will see how he does tonight for Grammy and Grandpa (Justin's parents keep Luke on Monday nights so Justin and I can play sand volleyball).

Our trip to Emporia this weekend went pretty well. He was fussy and didn't sleep well in the hotel, but I was expecting that. We saw lots of friends and had a great time! He did well in the car, which was what I was worried about the most.

I have one month until I am back at work. I am sad, I don't want to leave my little boy, but my Mom is keeping him during the day, so that will help ease the transition!

We had a pretty relaxed 4th of July. Luke didn't get to see any fireworks since Shawnee/Lenexa cut them out of their budget. Stupid cities. We went to my anut and uncles house then watched fireworks on TV.

He is still just so cute. Luke is sleeping a little bit more each night and right now he has been asleep since 7:45 am (it is now 9:45 am) I got to sleep a little more and I have got some things done around the house!

He smiles and coos so much more. It is so fun to listen to him. Also, he is getting stronger. He can hold his head up for longer and longer.

Next week is the two month appt; he has to have shots.

We are headed to Emporia this weekend for Justin's Phi Delt summer runion. Luke's first trip!

So happy!!!!

5 hours and 15 minutes in a row!!!! That is how long Luke slept last night in a row! It is the most sleep I have gotten in 7 weeks! It was pretty darn exciting!

We had a big weekend. Luke got to meet all but 3 cousins. We had a great time. He was so good being passed around; he hardly made a peep. Now if he could just meet all of those Agre and Reed cousins (hint hint guys) we would be good.

Today we are hanging out in Luke's room while they install the floor. Of course there is a problem and they are going to have to come back another day. It is never easy. Oh well, it will be worth it in the end.

We go back about his umbilical cord issue on Wed. I will update after that!
